1. No silicone, cover strips or plaster will be done unless specified on quotation
2. Please contact us if opening changed after it was measured, this will eliminate extra costs and time wasted
3. An installation date will be confirmed after final measurements have been made
4. 1 year guarantee on aluminium products quality and performance. Glass breakages not included
5. All glass as per SAGGA (South African Glass And Glazing Association) regulations
6. All glass quoted on standard clear glass unless specified on quote
7. All glazing certificates will on be issued after full payment is received
8. A period of 10-15 working days (after final measurements) are required to manufacture (only on standard colours and glass)
9. Windows and door manufactured in accordance with AAMSA specifications
10. We do not paint reveals (on breakout work) clean windows and doors or remove tape and plastic from frames
11. Quotation excludes burglar bars, special iron monger and any special hardware unless specified
12. Quotation is based on drawings/schedules supplied
13. The quotation is valid for 15 days
14. Goods remain the property of the company until paid in full
15. The company cannot be held responsible for any damage due to theft, fire or any cause whatsoever
