Terms and Conditions

The party parent is responsible for signing the indemnity form.

The venue does not host the party, it is the responsibility of the parent to do so. Right of Admission is reserved. We will not under any circumstances be held responsible for power failures and weather conditions.

Rules at the Venue

Adult supervision of children is necessary at all times during the rental period of the party. Should any child come to any harm because of the negligence of the adult, the Venue shall not be held responsible.

It is the responsibility of the adults to see that the children do not vandalize the property and equipment. The host parent will be charged breakage fee for any damages.

Feeding of the animals is strictly prohibited unless under staff supervision of our venue.

Disclaimer: Children and adults enter the premises of the Venue at their own risk, and it is the responsibility of the parents to look after their children. It is the responsibility of the parents to warn children to use the play equipment responsibly. When using the swimming pool, the renter is obliged to hire lifeguards to guard the pool, and to supervise the children at all times.

The Venue, its owners or employees, shall have no liability whatsoever for any loss of, or damage to any property or any person, nor for any personal injury or death of any person whatsoever, howsoever any loss, damage, injury or death may arise, including that arising as a result of any negligence, gross negligence or act of omission of the Venue, or its servants, employees, or any other person duly authorized to act for or on behalf of the Venue.

Payment and Terms and conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of R is required with the signed booking form within 2 days of the provisional booking, in order to secure the date.

• A refundable deposit of R is required along with final payment 7 working days prior to the event. This refundable deposit will be returned to you via EFT on the day of the event if no damages, levies or penalties are experienced.

• If penalties, levies or damages occur for more than the refundable deposit amount. The balance will need to be paid in cash on the day, as we do not have credit card facilities

• If it is necessary for your event to be cancelled no deposits will be returned, if cancelled 6 weeks before the event.

• Please note if you wish to cancel the event due to weather conditions we will not refund you the money already paid to us.

• If one would like an additional hour and there is no after party booked then a fee of R will be charged. We do not hire out the venue passed 5pm.

• We can provide you with any balloon art or filled balloons, because of this please note we do not allow any external balloon suppliers, or filled balloons into the venue. A levy will apply of R for external balloon companies and R for every filled balloons brought into the venue.

• Please ensure that you do not bring in any entertainment without consulting the Venue's management, as a levy of R will apply for each act brought in.

• Please note that the braai facility cannot be used unless hired from the Venue.

• Please note a charge of R will apply for any plug point usage of external electronics brought in, except for music systems.

• Unfortunately No party planners or decor allowed in the Venue. An In house party planner available to assist you with décor and party planning needs.

• Please note a charge will apply for any malicious breakages to the venue property, stock or décor.

• Please ensure that no loud music is playing as we our situated in a residential area.

• We will not be held responsible for the count at the door if a guest list is not provided.

• We do not provide refunds for Covid-19 related cancellations, we can assist with a postponement.
